Our mission at Morningside Roots is to grow the highest quality hemp flower possible while providing education to our consumers about the many uses and benefits of this amazing plant. We are extremely passionate about hemp, and we dedicate ourselves to learning as much as we can to maximize the quality and effectiveness of our product.
We grow indoors so that we can control and monitor each element of our process. We only use organic micro- and macronutrients, and our entire operation is pesticide and fungicide free.
Harvest time is a family event at Morningside. Our hemp is harvested and trimmed 100% by hand, and we cure our flower slowly and thoroughly, ensuring that we preserve trichomes for maximum potency and flavor in our end product.

Texas law defines hemp as "the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds of the plant and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”
